The justification for Svenska Spel’s existence is based on how well we carry out our mandate. Accordingly, the mandate and the balance between social and consumer interests form a common theme throughout the organisation, from our vision and business concept to operational objectives and the overriding strategies for the development, sales and marketing of gaming. We must continuously discuss how the mandate can be incorporated in reality and during the year we continued to more clearly integrate responsible gaming into the company’s result areas.
