Svenska Spel has worked with key indicators for responsible gaming since 2005. The indicators show the responsibilities of Svenska Spel’s retailers, business partners and employees.

According to the gaming survey that Svenska Spel compiles through a postal survey sent to randomly selected individuals aged 18–75. Some 4,583 questionnaires were responded to in 2013. Svenska Spel has chosen to change its method for measuring gaming problems, these will be reported in 2015.
