All of Sweden’s gaming company
Svenska Spel aims to be beneficial for everyone. In addition to our customers and Swedish sports, we are there for our colleagues, resellers and partners, and of course for our owner, the Swedish State. Our surplus goes to the Swedish Treasury and thus benefits our whole society.
We are all of Sweden’s gaming company.
Patrik Hofbauer, the President and CEO of Svenska Spel, and Erik Strand, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, reflect on the past year and describe Svenska Spel’s focus for the future.

At Svenska Spel you will find some of Sweden’s most popular brands, such as Lotto, Triss, Stryktipset and Oddset. In Casino Cosmopol, we have three international land-based casinos that offer classic casino games such as roulette, Black Jack and poker. You will also find our Vegas video lottery terminals at selected restaurants and bingo halls all over the country.
Svenska Spel is not like any other workplace. It is a workplace full of dreams, excitement and joy. Above all, it is a workplace with 1,400 stars that work to make games for everyone’s enjoyment.
Svenska Spel’s business is based on gaming enjoyment, responsibility and sustainability. To structure and guide our efforts, we divide our sustainability work into five focus areas. The focus areas emphasise what is most important for us and for our surroundings.
Are you curious about how Svenska Spel works with sustainability? In addition to our annual and sustainability reports, we also publish the “Our Game Plan” brochure, with examples of how we are improving as a company and how we contribute to society.
